Reset your Parallels server session

To reset your Parallels server session in Windows, find the Parallels icon  near the clock in the taskbar.

Right-click the Parallels icon

Click the option Logout all RAS sessions.

Your sessions have been disconnected. Now reconnect by double clicking the Parallels icon.

Parallels will open and the realstaff.com connection will be disconnected. Double click realstaff.com  to reconnect.

Your applications will appear on the right window pane.

If you are resetting your Parallels connection due to an expired password, Parallels will ask you to establish a new password at this time.
