Click the "Web Portal Management" button. If you don't have this, then ask RealTime Support to set it up for you.
Click "Manage Employee Logins".
Select the employee you want to setup, then click the "Edit/Set Login" button at the bottom of the window.
Type in a login name in the form of "First Initial/Last Name". You can generally set it to anything you like, but this is pretty standard. You will probably have issues with common last names because we require a unique login name across our system.
If an email was setup in the employee record, then it should be listed on the window.
The checkbox "Send Info to Employee" should already be checked.
Click "Apply" and the information is sent to the employee.
