Please note - This menu will look a little different depending on your access level.
Under the Maintenance menu, click the PTO Management button.
On the Manager Functions tab, click Manager Maintenance.
Highlight the manager to assign an employee to and click Change.

On the left side of the window are the employees available for assignment. If there is a manager name in the Manager column, the employee has been assigned to that manager already.
On the screenshot below, I have filtered the view using the filter options at the top left of the window.
The right side of the window contains the employees assigned to the current manager, with the name of the currently selected manager at the top.
To assign a new employee to a manager, select the name on the left, then click the ->> button to assign.
Click Close and you are finished.
